The Aagrah restaurant has been a family business since 1977 and is famous for its award winning Kashmiri cuisine served in an ever-growing chain of superb restaurant facilities. The exquisite food is prepared in the traditional way, coupled with the highest standards of hospitality.
The Aagrah restaurant has gained an international recognition. In 1996, chef Md. Aslam received the much sought-after International Indian Chef of the Year award in Edinburgh.

· Mulligatawny soup (non-vegetarian)
· Mixed tikka - chicken and lamb marinated and cooked over charcoal, served with green salad
· Shami kebabs - lamb mince meat with onions, green chillis, herbs and spices, cooked with lentils and fried with egg, served with green salad
· Murgh chana -chicken cooked with chick peas and methi fried in olive oil with onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, coriander and bay leaf juice
· Goan king prawn - king prawn marinated in lime juice, tamarind and garlic cooked with onions, green chillies, coriander, coconut milk and roasted spices
